摘　　要： 珠三角民营企业产业演进建立在高度发达的产业配套基础上,地方产业政策应该与集群内企业不同成长阶段特征相匹配,明确的主导产业政策能够为企业集群化成长提供稳定的制度保证和政策激励。随着民营企业的集群化成长,企业对本地政府服务的依赖性逐渐降低,而许多政府职能将逐渐被中介服务组织替代,各个企业成长阶段的机构融资环境都一般,融资服务已经不足以支持民营企业集群化成长的需要。 The Pearl river delta popularly-run enterprises＇ industrial development depends greatly on advanced supplementary industries,so local industry policies should be matched with the characteristics of different enterprise growth stages, and the definite leading industry policy should also guarantee the stable institutions and motivation policy necessary to industry cluster growth. With the further development of popularly-run enterprises＇ cluster growth, some of the government functions will be replaced with those of agency service, thus, the popularly--run enterprises at the stage of original growth will rely less on the local government service. There are no other ways for enterprises to get the needing capital, poor financial service can＇t meet the requirement of popularly-run enterprises＇ cluster growth.
