摘 要: 随着我国对盛产于北美委内瑞拉奥里油(Orimulsion)的大量进口以及广泛应用,奥里油储运的稳定性问题就显得越来越突出。介绍了制取奥里油原料的资源与分布及其在电厂中的应用情况,通过对奥里油制取工艺、奥里诺科(Orinoco)沥青及奥里油特性的分析,讨论了温度、剪切、压降、混油和雾化方式等对奥里油储运、特别是雾化燃烧过程中保持乳化稳定态的影响,归纳出储运常见事故发生的热力条件和事故形成的特点,并给出了相关预防措施,为建立安全稳定的奥里油储运系统提供了理论依据与工艺指导。 The stability of Orimulsion storage and transport becomes an important issue. The sources and distribution of Orinoco bitumen is introduced, and its application status in power station is presented. By analyzing the processing of Orimulsion and the properties of Orinoco bitumen and Orimulsion, the article discuss- es how temperature, shear, pressure drop, oil pollution and atom- ization method affect Orimulsion stability during its storage and transport and the process of atomizing combustion in particular. This paper also sums up the thermal conditions and forming characteristics of the routine accidents in Orimulsion storage and transport, and the preventive methods are presented.
