摘　　要： 利用 Fock 关于地波绕射场的理论,介绍了一个电波沿光滑海面传播损耗的简单计算公式。通过与 CCIR 推荐值的对比分析和实际测量,结果显示理论预测与 CCIR 的推荐值和实测数据均吻合良好,可作工程应用。本工作对海面无线通信系统网络的规划和优化具有一定的指导意义。 Based on Fock＇ s diffraction fields theory, a simple propagation loss approximation for radio wave propagation over the smooth sea is presented. The prediction of the approximation is well agreement with the recommendations of CCIR, and also consistent with the experimental results. The conclusion of this paper will have some helps in plan and optimization of Ocean-Mobile Radio Communication Networks.
