摘 要: 采用弹塑性变形理论及数值模拟技术,对直角切削的变形过程进行有限元分析。建立了高速切削条件下正交切削的数值模型,模拟了切削过程中切削区应力、应变场的变化过程,为深入探讨切削机理及规律提供理论依据。 Based on the elastic-plastic deformation theory and the numerical simulation technique the deformation process in metal cutting is analyzed. A numerical model of orthogonal cutting on the high speed is presented by using finite element method and the stress and strain fields in the cutting zone are simulated.
