摘 要: 本文时速生阔叶木三倍体毛白杨在P-RC APMP制浆过程中各化学成分的变化进行了研究。结果表明,在P-RC APMP制浆过程中,原料中的木素、聚戊糖、苯醇抽出物和1%NaOH抽出物均有所溶出,各种成分在各制浆段的溶出比例也有所不同,其中木素的溶出主要发生在预处理段和磨浆段,而聚戊糖在磨浆过程中大量溶出,木素和聚戊糖的溶出是得率下降的主要原因。 The changes of chemical components of fast-growing hardwood, the triploid of populus tomentosa, during the P-RC APMP process were investigated in this paper. The results showed that extractive substances, lignin and pentosan partly dissolved out of the wood or the pulp respectively. The dissolve of lignin occured mainly in the pretreatment stage and the refining stage, while the dissolve of pentosan mainly occurred during the refining stage. The dissolve of lignin and pentosan was the reasons which led to the decreasing of pulp yield.
