摘　　要： 改革开放以来,民营经济已经成为我国国民经济的重要组成部分。本文以民营经济比较发达的浙江台州市的民营中小企业融资状况为实例,分析了我国民营中小企业融资的状况。 The private economy has become one of the major constituents of national economy since the implementation of reform and opening-up. This paper, taking the medium and small-sized private enterprises in Taizhou city, Zhejiang Province aa examples, makes an analysis of the financing details of the medium and small-sized private enterprises in China.
