摘 要: 采用半连续乳液聚合法制备高固含量甲基丙烯酸甲酯/丙烯酸丁酯(MMA/BA)微乳液,讨论了表面活性剂的类型和用量在高固含量MMA和BA微乳液聚合过程中的特性及其对最终产品性能的影响,并测定了微乳液的化学稳定性、冻融稳定性和机械稳定性。实验得到了固含量达50%,平均相对分子质量为106,粒径为30~50 nm的微乳液。通过特定的实验,观察到相对分子质量的双峰分布和乳液粒径的多分散性,表明微乳液成核的途径包括胶束成核、单体液滴成核和均相成核之一种或三种;并且制备的微乳液均表现出良好的机械、化学和冻融稳定性。 The title microemulsion has been prepared by use of semi-continuous emulsion polymerization.The influence of types and amount of surfactants on properties of end product and their functions in polymerization process are discussed.The chemical stability,thaw-freeze stability and mechanical stability are determined. The final product obtained shows solid 50%,average molecular weight 10^(6), and particle size 30~50 nm.Double-peak M_r distribution and polydispersity of particle size indicated that the nucleating process of the microemulsion includes at least one or three ways,such as micelle nucleating,monomer droplet nucleating and homogenous nucleating.
