摘　　要： 近两年,广东商业性担保公司开始出现快速发展的局面,但是存在不少问题制约了商业性担保公司规模的扩大和健康成长。本文主要从资金、业务、和技术等方面分析了CEPA的签署和实施给广东商业性担保公司带来的机遇,在此基础上,从完善风险分散机制、建立创业投资担保公司、拓展资金渠道等方面提出对策,加强广东商业性担保机构与港澳金融机构、中介机构和投资者等的合作,促进广东商业性担保公司的进一步发展和壮大。 In recent years, the commercial guaranty companies develop so fast in Guangdong, but there are also some problems which restrict them. This paper, from the capital, business, and technology, analyzes the opportunities brought by the signing and implementing of the CEPA. Then suggests that through perfecting the risk-decentralized system, the foundation of venture-capital-backed guaranty companies and broadening the financing channel strengthen the co-operation between the commercial guaranty companies and the banking institution, which will finally boosts the commercial guaranty companies in Guangdong.
