摘 要: 为了实现特种车辆柴油发动机已发故障或潜在故障的快速高效诊断,根据特种车辆柴油发动机运行过程特征参数知识表示的模糊特性,建立了多库多层次方式的知识库,并采用柴油发动机故障类型诊断的反向推理和故障原因分析及故障消除措施正向推理相结合的混合推理机制设计了总体目标推理和级目标推理相结合的推理机.该系统采用V isual Basic6.0进行编程,在windows2000平台上运行.应用效果表明,特种车辆柴油发动机故障诊断专家系统的预报准确率较高,具有较大的实用性. In order to realize diagnosis of faults or potential faults about diesel engine in the special type vehicle fleetly and high effectively, in allusion to fuzzy characteristic of knowledge representation about characteristic parameters about diesel engine in the special type vehicle in the working case, knowledge base with more bases and more levels was organized, the inference engine that collectivity goal reasoning and grade goal reasoning were coupled were designed based on the hybrid reasoning mechanism about backward reasoning of the fault type diagnosis and forward reasoning of the factors giving rise to fault and eliminating its measures. All programs in the fault diagnosis expert system were developed by Visual Basic6.0 and can be run in windows2000 environment. The results revealed that the forecasting of the fault diagnosis expert system with big practicability was accurate.
