摘　　要： 在分析当前新产品开发前期决策的相关工作基础上,针对市场环境的复杂性及行业、企业与产品类型多样性的特点,从产品开发早期阶段出发,建立了新产品开发的综合决策层次模型。重点研究了如何应用多神经网络技术进行新产品开发决策,给出了新产品开发决策综合层次模型的多神经网络结构,指出了利用多神经网络进行新产品开发决策的关键技术,使决策模型具有较高的可靠性与精度。 Based on the analyzing of related work about new product development （ NPD）, a comprehensive decision - making hierarchy model of NPD was explored beginning from the prophase of product development, which considered increasing complexity of market environment, diversity of enterprise and product type for NPD. Application of multiple neural network （MNN） in NPD decision - making was highlighted. The MNN structure of NPD decision - making was described, and the corresponding key technology of MNN application in NPD decision - making was proposed, so that the decision - making model has higher reliability and precision.
