摘　　要： 公路施工企业的机械化程度不断提高,工程机械设备的管理相对薄弱,而对人的管理是设备管理中的重要环节。针对工程机械大型复杂系统的特点,讨论了在工程机械设备管理中如何发挥人的能动性。 Based on the continuous development of road construction mechanization and the relative weakness state of machinery equipment management, the human management is the important link for equipment management. This paper discusses how to exert human activity in equipment management of construction machinery, being directed against the features of large and complicated system of construction machinery.
