摘　　要： 基于发展观的起源、演变和对不同阶段发展观的分析,指出图书馆形态和功能的演化体现了科学发展观的基本思想,深入分析了科学发展观对我国图书馆事业和现代图书馆员的要求,探讨了科学发展观指导下图书馆员全面发展的途径。 Based on the origin, evolvement of development view and analyses of development view of different phases, that the evolvement of library form and function reflected the basic throught of scientific development view has been pointed out, the scientific development view＇s requests to Chinese library cause and modern librarian have been thoroughly analysed, and the pathways for librarian＇s full development have been probed into under the direction of scientific development view.
