摘 要: 研制了一种利用计算机控制测量和数据采集压电石英晶体智能测量仪。硬件通过利用复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPID)实现频率计数和串行通信功能;软件采用图形化编程语言。LabVIEW实现数据采集、实时显示、处理、分析以及保存。利用该测量仪进行了内毒素浓度检测的初步应用。结果表明,该系统可以准确测定0.1 ng/L-10μg/L的内毒素浓度。系统具有集成度高、稳定性好和智能化程度高等优点。它为浓度测定和物质反应动力学的研究提供了实时分析的测试手段。 A computer controlled measurement sensor was developed. The function of frequency and data acquisition system based on piezoelectric crystal counter and serial communication with computer was realized by using Verilog HDL hardware descriptive language on a chip of complex programmable logic device (CPLD). The main function of software includes data acquisition, data real-time display, data save and data processing and analysis. The programme was written by graph programmable language Lab VIEW. The experimental examples for endotoxin concentration determination were given. The system is able to detect an endotoxin concentration from 0.1 ng/L to 10 μg/L. The measurement instrument is high integration, good stabihty and smart. It provides a strong tool for concentration determination and research on substance's reaction kinetics in biological and chemical fields.
