摘 要: 研究发现,盐酸肾上腺素在碱性条件下能显著增强铁氰化钾-鲁米诺化学发光强度.基于此建立了新的测定肾上腺素的方法.本方法以C18 反相键合相为色谱柱,用 0.01 mol/L邻苯二甲酸氢钾-甲醇(92∶ 8 , V/V)为流动相,实现了对人体血清及尿样中盐酸肾上腺素的分离与测定.在最适宜条件下,方法的线性范围为 10~5000 μg/L;检出限为 4.0×10-6g/L;相对标准偏差为 3.0%(n=11). by high The separation and determination of epinephrin hydrochloride in human serum and urine samples performance liquid chromatography with Luminal-K3Fe (CN)6 chemiluminescence detection were investigated. The separation was carried out on C18 column using the mobile phase of 0.01mol/L potassium hydrogen phthalate solution and methanol (92/8, V/V). Under the optimum conditions of 2 × 10^-4 mol/L Luminol ( NaHCO3/NaOH solution, pH = 9.8 ), 4 × 10 ^- 5 mol/L K3 Fe (CN) 6, the linear range and detection limit for epinephrin hydrochloride were 10 - 5000 μg/L and 4.0 × 10^-6 g/L, respectively. The relative standard derivation for 50 μg/L epinephrin hydrochloride was 3.0% ( n = 11 ).
