摘　　要： 观察了200只清洁级昆明母鼠自发性肿瘤的发生发展过程,对肿瘤组织进行病理学检查以确定肿瘤的性质.结果表明,昆明母鼠发生的肿瘤属于一种中分化乳腺癌,常发生在6月龄～9月龄母鼠的颈背部、前胸部或下腹部,发生率为36%,有肺转移现象. The incidence and development of breast cancer were investigated in 200 female Kunming mice of clean animal. The tumor nature was determined by pathologic observation. The incidence of the breast cancer occurred in female Kunming mice was 36＆. The cancer was more often found at 6-9 month old female Kunming mice. It has been proved to be moderately differentiated adenoma sometimes with lung metastasis.
