摘　　要： 海藻多糖具有抗凝血等多种生物活性,其活性与多糖的组成结构有关。本文对近年来红藻、褐藻及少量绿藻多糖的单糖组成及含量研究以及FTIR和13CNMR两种主要光谱手段对多糖结构研究的结果进行了介绍。 Algal polysaccharides have many biologic activities, likewise anticoagulant and so on. Their activities depend on the composing and structure of the polysaccharides. This paper introduced the kinds and content of compositive saccharides in the polysaccharides of red alga , brown alga and a few green alga studied in recent years. The analytic results of two main spectral means, FI＇-IR and 13C NMR, used very popularly to identify the structure of algal polysaccharides were also introduced.
