摘　　要： 文章在介绍我国稀土特征和近年来我国稀土价格战的基础上,利用博弈论知识分析了价格战的作用机理,并用博弈理论分析了我国的稀土价格战,重点提出了如何避免价格战的政策措施。 On the base of introducing the character and price competition of Chinese rare earth, it studies the mechanism of price competition, and analyzes price competition of Chinese rare earth by the game theory, and gives emphasis to bring forward some policy measures how to avoid price competition.
