摘 要: 对0%、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%、0.5%6个盐浓度条件下俯仰臂形草、刚果 臂形草、网脉臂形草、杂交臂形草、黑籽雀稗、热研9号坚尼草幼苗叶片膜脂过氧化作用的影响 进行研究,结果表明,随着盐胁迫强度的增加,叶片渗透率呈直线上升;MDA含量低盐度时上 升,高盐度时下降,变化呈“∩”形;SOD和POD值变化与MDA变化相反,低盐度时下降,高 盐度时上升,呈现“∪”形,但SOD、POD值和MDA值之间呈负相关性(r1=-2.02,r2 =-2.69)。 The membrane lipid peroxidation of the leaves of Brarhiaria decumbens stapf, Brarhiaria ruziziensis Germain & Evrard, Brachiaria dictyoneura stapf, Brachiaria ruziziensis Germain & Evrard, Paspalum atratum cv. Reyan No.1 land Panicum maximum Jacq. Reyan No. 9 seedling to Salinity is studied. It is showed, MDA appeared in ∩-shaped and increased at low salinity and decreased at higher salinity ,SOD activity and POD activity appeared in ∪-shaped with increasing Salinity, they decreased at low Salinity and increased at higher Salinity. There was a negative correlationship between MDA and SOD and POD activity(r1=-2.02,r2=-2. 69).
