摘　　要： 微化工技术是20世纪90年代初兴起的一门新的学科。本文主要从美国、德国、日本和中国的研究进展来阐述微型化工的发展历程。并对微反应器的构造及其通道内的传热、传质和安全性能做进一步介绍。 Micro-chemical technology is a new frontier originating in the early 1990s. In this artical, the introduction and present situation of Micro-chemical technology in America, Germany,Japan and China were discussed. And also this paper introduced the microreactor such as its micro-structured mass transfer, heater transfer and safe capability.
