摘 要: 工程机械机群故障诊断的关键问题之一是建立合适的诊断体系结构。针对工程机械机群故障诊断的特点,提出了一种基于现象的层次故障诊断模型。通过结构分解和功能分解,在诊断过程中引入了机群和机器的内在信息,利用故障树分析和产生式方法知识表示方法,优化了诊断系统体系结构,给出了基于ASP技术的系统实现方法,大大提高了工程机械机群故障诊断效率和精度。 One of the important questions of a construction machinery groups' fault diagnosis system is founding a appropriate system architecture. In allusion to the features of construction machinery groups' fault diagnosis, a symptom-based hierarchical model is presented. By construct decompose and function decompose, the internal information of the construction machinery groups and the construction machine is applied in the fault diagnosis process. By applying the fault tree and the Knowledge presentation method of production rules, the system architecture is optimized. Finally, the system is realized based on the ASP technology, with the prodigious improvement of the diagnosis efficiency and the diagnosis precision.
