摘　　要： 采用湿法和离心法等净化原理,研制了一种复合式油烟净化装置;该装置结构简单,制作成本每1000m3烹调油烟废气在800～1500元左右,运行维护简单,不需要人工清洗,试验结果显示,油烟净化效率在80%以上,最高可达到92%,与相同效率的油烟净化设备相比,初投资和运行费用都较低。 Based on the principle of wet process and centrifugal process, a compound cooking fume scrubbing device was established with simple structure, which can run more efficiently.Its maintenance is more convenient.Its great advantage is that the initial cost of the device is about 800～ 1 500 yuan per 1 000 m^3 cooking fume and it is more easily cleaned.The result of the test indicates that the purification efficiency is above 80% and can be up to 92% at most.Above all,the initial cost and running expense of this device is less when compared with the cooking fume scrubbing equipments which has the same purification efficiency.
