摘　　要： 分析反口盖的结构特点,介绍反口盖注射成型模具设计的要点及模具的工作过程。该模具采用复合型芯,巧妙地解决了反口盖顶部不对称结构的成型与内螺纹退模机构之间的矛盾;采用斜顶杆以实现反口盖侧向小孔的抽芯。生产实践证明,该反口盖注射模的开合模动作完全符合设计要求,运行可靠。 The structure characteristics of inverse jaw bottle lid were analyzed, and the design point and work procedure of injection mould for inverse lid were introduced. The conflict between anisomerous mechanism on the top of inverse lid and demolding mechanism of internal thread was solved by using multiple core. Slanting mandril was adopted to assure the dnockout core of lateral pores. Production practice showed that the mould worked well, and met the design requirements.
