摘　　要： 文章认为,无论是对GDP还是对绿色GDP都应该有一个客观清醒的认识。我国经济生活中出现的一些问题,其根本原因并不在于GDP指标所存在的缺陷。因此,把经济发展中出现的负面效应归咎于GDP的观点是有失偏颇的。此外,从我国现有的核算基础和条件来看,即使核算绿色GDP,也不能从根本上解决资源的优化利用和环境污染问题,关键是各级政府要彻底抛弃“GDP情结”,切实树立全面、协调、可持续发展的科学发展观。 There should be an impersonal and clear understanding of either GDP or Green GDP. The problems in our county＇ s economy have not resulted from the defects in GDP itself. So it is not objective to ascribe the negative effects in economic development to the defects in GDP. Furthermore, based on the national economic accounting conditions, even if we account green GDP, we can＇ t solve the problem in optimizing resources and eliminating environmental pollution thoroughly. The key is that the government at all levels must abandon GDP complex entirely, and build up an all-around, impersonal, sustainable scientific development view.
