摘 要: PC机与单片机构成的上、下位机分布式控制系统是一种常见的工业控制系统,它结合了单片机对实时数据采集、控制以及PC机对图形显示、数据处理的优点.介绍一电火花成型机数控系统中,单片机串口与PC机通信过程中的纠错编码.采用线性分组码进行编码,用伴随式译码.由于加工过程中,电火花的电极与工件之间的火花对于弱电控制系统本身就是一个干扰源,采用该介绍的纠错编码后,通信效果很好. The top and down device distributed control system made up of personal computer(PC) and singlechip is a sort of familiar industrial control systems ,which combine together real - time data collection and controlled by singlechip and data processing and graphic demonstration by PC. A kind of error correction coding methods in the communication between singlechip's serialport and PC in the electric spark forming machine control system is proposed. The linear block code is used to encode and the syndrome decoding is used to decode here. During the course of processing, the spark between electrode and workpiece is a disturbance source to the weak current control system. With the error correction coding method proposed in the paper, the quality of communication between PC and singlechip can be greatty improved.
