摘 要: 分析离体培养中香石竹(Dianthus caryophyllus)组织培养苗主梢对几个培养性状的影响,结果表明:主梢长度与新梢形成数、正常苗率呈二元回归关系,与生根率呈直线相关.玻璃化苗率与主梢长度、新梢形成数呈二元回归关系.主梢3~4 cm长的苗抽梢性能、正常苗率均较好,玻璃化苗率较低;在培养中控制这个主梢高度和1~2个新梢,可获较理想的培养结果. Effects of microcutting on some culture performances in vitro and occurrences of vitrification of carnation (Dianthus caryophyllus) were analyzed by using regression analysis. The results showed that the relations between the amount of lateral shoots , healthy shoots in percentage and the height of microcutting could be described as quadratic regression, whereas a linear correlation was found between the rooting rate and the height of microcutting. The effects of the height of microcutting and the amount of lateral shoots on vitrification occurrence were also found as quadratic regression. Microcutting with the height of 3 ~ 4 cm could produce healthy lateral shoots with higher percentage and lower vitrification rate. and adaptive amount of lateral shoots on stock shoot was suggested to be 1 or 2.
