摘　　要： 介绍了网络数据库的安全控制以及如何优化其性能提高访问速度,并以“科研成果管理系统”为例具体说明ASP+SQL Server方案的安全措施及性能优化。 This text introduces the safety control of network database and how to optimize its performance to raise accessing speed. This text concretely expatiates on the safety measures and performance optimization of ASP ＋ SQL Server scheme by taking “Management Information Base （MIB） of Achievement in Scientific Research” as an example.
