摘　　要： 1839年广东禁烟期间,林则徐引进近代国际法用以指导禁烟运动。从禁烟政策的必要性到禁烟政策的可行性,再到禁烟文书的拟制以及禁烟策略的形成,均表明国际法对禁烟运动提供了适时而重要的法律援助。林则徐将世界流行的近代国际法与厉行禁烟这一民族使命有机结合起来,首开近代公法外交之先风,在一定程度上开创了晚清外交的新局面。 During working against opium- smokimg of Guangdong in 1839, Lin Zexu introduced international law in modern age to guide the campaign which was to work against opium- smoking. From the necessity of making the policy to work against opium- smoking to the feasibility, and again to the making of the paper to work against opium- smoking and forming of the policy, all mentioned above indicate that international law afforded an important help to the anti- opium- smoking campaign in proper time in law. Lin Zexu combined worldwide popular international law in modern age with the anti- opium- smoking campaign a national responsibility, and he was the first person to do so. And to some extent , he drew a new diplomatic picture in the late Qing Danasty.
