摘 要: 以硝酸钇为原料,尿素为沉淀剂,低分子量聚丙烯酸钠为分散剂,研究了采用均匀沉淀法合成纳米Y2O3的工艺过程。制备条件为:钇离子浓度0.3m o l/L;尿素与硝酸钇的摩尔比为4∶1;分散剂聚丙烯酸钠的用量为1%(体积分数);反应时间4h,反应温度95℃;煅烧温度为850℃,煅烧时间3 h。制备得到粒径为32nm、无团聚、粒径均匀的纳米Y2O3。 Nanometer Y2O3 was prepared with homogeneous precipitation method by using yttrium nitrate as raw material, urea as precipitating agent, and PAA as dispersant . According to experimental results, when the concentration of yttrium ion is 0.3 mol/L, molar ratio of CO(NH2)2 and yttrium ion is 4 : 1, reaction time is 4 hours, reaction temperature is 95℃ ,calcining temperature is 850℃ ,calcining time is 3h, and the dose of PAA is 1 % (V %), Y2O3 with diameter of 32nm can be obtained.
