摘 要: 以水合肼、尿素、硫酸、氯气为主要原料,采用缩合反应和氧化反应两步法制备微细A(D)C发泡剂.通过正交试验,对制备过程中影响产物粒径和产率的因素进行了系统研究并对优选条件进行了验证.产品粒径在6.0~10.0 μm,产率为94.54%.制备出的微细A(D)C发泡剂用于塑料制品发泡以制备微孔泡沫塑料时,发泡过程中发泡比较均匀,泡孔微小而均匀,发泡制品表面未见泛黄和喷霜. A(D)C blowing agent was prepared with raw material of hydrazine hydrate, urea, sulphurie add and ehlorine through two-step method, i.e. eondensation reaetion and oxidation reaetion. The factors affeeting the partiele size and the produet yield of A( D)C blowing agent were investigated by orthogonal experiment. The eell of foam plasties was distributed uniformly and its sizes were fine and the eolor of foam plasties surfaee did not turn yellow.
