摘 要: 提出了一种新的定位方法,在分析身份证图片的RGB色彩分量的基础上,利用红色分量对图片进行色彩的转换,并采用差分法对目标进行定位,然后根据灰度值的均值和方差对定位区域进行局部的二值化处理.这种方法简单实用,能有效地解决身份证号码定位的问题. A new location method is proposed in this paper. Based on the analysis of RGB color field, the image of ID card is made color conversion by red component and located with difference method. And then the located areas are separately binarized based on mean and standard deviation. This method is simple and practical. It can effectively solve the problem of location of ID card numbers.
