摘 要: 研究了运用增量式制造特征识别技术,基于零件几何结构、拓扑关系对设计模型中单一设计特征和相交设计特征进行分析,在分析结果的基础上实现对应制造特征识别;深入研究制造特征工艺属性与对应加工方案之间存在的模糊映射关系,运用多因素模糊推理技术形成机加工特征合理的加工链,从而有力地支持设计的可制造性评价及工艺规划的生成。 Analyzing the single and intersecting design features based on the geometric structure and topological relationship of the parts. Applying an incremental machining feature recognition technique to realize the recognition of the single and intersecting design features in the model. By studying the fuzzy relationship between the technologic attributes of machining features and corresponding process plans to form the reasonable process chain of each machining feature and support the manufacturable evaluation of the design effidently.
