摘 要: 单片机抗干扰及可靠性设计以故障为核心,根据人-环境特征,分别从硬件和软件两个方面展开避错设计和容错设计。硬件可靠性设计包括提高系统设计的合理性、选用高可靠的元器件和针对人-环境特性而采取的可靠性措施。软件可靠性设计包括提高软件设计的正确性和针对人-环境特性采取的可靠性措施。 The fault is considered as the core of anti-interference and reliability design of single chip microcomputer. The error avoiding design and error tolerance design were realized in hardware and software separately according to the features of human-environment. The hardware reliability design includes improving the rationality of system design, choosing reliable elements and adopting reliability methods according to the features of human-environment. The software reliability design includes advancing the correctness of software design and using reliability methods according to the features of human-environment.
