摘 要: 提出了一个新型的产品轮廓反求的逆向工程系统,其中轮廓数字化扫描方法以液体作为测量介质,液体的液面与产品之间形成的交线即为要测量的产品的截面线。采用光学系统采集图像,然后通过计算机图像处理技术抽取边缘获得轮廓数字点,利用现有主流CAD软件处理系统进行三维模型的构建和模具的设计。研究了基于液面的产品轮廓反求系统的原理、组成和系统软件与硬件的设计。 A new reverse engineering system of product profiles was presented, it included the digitized scanning system for product profiles based on liquid, CAD system, mold design and manufacturing system. An intersection profile of liquid and the digitized product which was set up in a vessel with liquid, would be appeared at the height of liquid level, this profile was one section of the product in fact. The image could be captured and processed by optical and computer systems and the profile would be digitized. By inputting the date of product profiles into the popular CAD software system, a 3D model could be obtained. The principles, hardware and software of the system were introduced in details.
