摘　　要： 知识交流与共享是组织知识管理流程中的两个原则和重要环节。这两个环节在实施过程中也不可避免地存在一些困难和障碍。只有实现硬制度和软管理的双管齐下,才能实现知识管理与组织战略目标的共进共荣,最终走向正和的双赢局面。 Communicating and sharing knowledge is the two principles and steps in the course of managing knowledge. These two steps may undoubtedly encounter difficulties when are put into practice. Only if deal with it from two aspects, both policy and culture at the same time, then can be succeed in achieving the corporations strategic target.
