摘 要: 介绍了一种基于虚拟仪器的凸轮运动参数测量仪,详细介绍了系统原理,系统的硬件部分和软件部分构成,并给出了该系统的软件流程图和应用实例。该测量仪可以用于测试分析凸轮运动规律,并可在逆向工程中用于凸轮曲线轮廓的设计。 A measuring instrument for the cam kinetic parameters, which is based on VI (virtual instrument), is presented in the paper. The principle of hardware and software about the VI is analyzed in details. It can be used as the new instrument to test the kinetic curve of the cam. Also it can be applied to design the figure of a cam in the reverse engineering.
