大直径高负荷纸机软压光辊轴承故障特征

摘  要: 研究了一台现代化高速纸机压光部大辊径、超长度、高荷载(250 kN/m)软压光辊轴承故障发生的动态变化过程及其特征,探讨了其诊断研究方法,并对故障特征进行了评析。研究表明:高速纸机压光部软压光辊大轴承故障自发生起至严重损坏是一个长期渐进的过程,一般为5个月以上;在信号采集谱图中,故障特征频率的发现与跟踪为故障诊断过程的主线;故障特征频率值可通过公式计算法、损坏频率系数法及经验公式法获得;因软压光辊质量很大,其轴承故障发生甚至很严重时,振动幅值较小,远未达到普通旋转机械故障振动控制标准,但其变化具有明显增大的趋势;故障振动在径向和轴向上都有表现,轴向更灵敏。故障频谱模式为:非转速同步频率的倍频非常显著;轴承持续恶化,转速频率旁波会越来越显著;频谱中的背景宽频能量将会增加。 In this paper,mainly studied were dynamic developing process and characteristics,with many spectrums shown,of the bearing fault of the Softcalender's Bottom Roll(SBR,Φ1 575×13 115 mm,(9 800 kg),291 r/min,working loading 250 kN/m) of a modern high-speed paper machine(MHPM,designed-speed 1 700 m/min,operating speed 1 500 m/min),and the diagnosis-researching methods and the characteristic vibration frequencies(CVF) about SBR bearing fault were discussed.The followings were indicated: it was a long and developing process,usually taking more than 5 months,for SBR bearing to be damaged from the faulted to the died;among spectrums,the most important are finding,identifying and tracking SBR bearing fault CVF which could be known with three ways(calculated by theoretical formulae,or with the fault-frequency index,or by experiential formulae,all listed in the paper);the bearing fault oscillation existing in both axial(more sensitive and larger) and diametric directions,because of high weight of SBR,was always not so large,even when it died,as not to reach the controlled fault-vibration-standard of common rotating machine,a particular fault characteristic different from others,but there was an apparent trend of increasing fault oscillation;the spectrum pattern of the SBR bearing fault were with apparent multiple frequencies of non-rotating-frequency,with increasing rotating-frequency side bands and wide frequency-spectrum background energy when the bearing deteriorated.
