摘　　要： 本文综述分子标记的主要类型和特点,以及分子标记在花卉的遗传多样性、分类、起源、进化、品种鉴定、杂种纯度鉴定、遗传图谱构建、性状基因定位和克隆、花卉育种等研究中的应用概况。 The main type and characteristic of molecular markers are introduced. The application ot molecular markers in the fields of ornamental plants such as genetic diversity, classification, origin, evolution, cultivar identification, determination of hybrid purity, construction of molecular genetic map, location and cloning of character genes and ornamental breeding are reviewed in this paper.
