摘 要: 利用电泳沉积技术制备固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)电解质膜具有一些突出的优点,在此领域的研究近年来取得了很大的进展。综合介绍了电泳沉积技术在制备SOFC电解质膜中的应用研究情况,其中包括电泳沉积的基本原理、胶体悬浮液的配置、沉积基体的选择以及沉积工艺参数的影响。重点评述了悬浮液配置方面的问题,分析了电解质颗粒、溶剂以及各种添加剂的选择和处理方法。 The electrophoretic deposition technique is a promising method for preparing SOFC electrolyte films. In recent years, great progress has been made in this area. The research in applying electrophoretic deposition technique for preparing SOFC electrolyte films is summarized in this paper, including the fundamental of electrophoretic deposition, the preparation of the EPD bath, the selection of substrates and the influence of the process variables. Great attention is focused on the EPD bath composition, the selection and treatment of the particles, solutions and additives are discussed.
