摘 要: 用恒电流方法将聚苯胺沉积在Nafion膜表面。分别用循环伏安和交流阻抗方法研究了聚苯胺修饰Nafion膜的甲醇渗透率和质子电导率。结果表明,Nafion膜的甲醇渗透率和质子电导率均因聚苯胺的修饰而降低,但前者降低幅度显著而后者较小。当沉积电量为0.48C·cm-2时,Nafion膜甲醇渗透率从(3.952×10-7)cm2·s-1降至(2.832×10-8)cm2·s-1,降低幅度超过一个数量级,而质子电导率只从(3.771×10-2)S·cm-1降到(2.681×10-2)S·cm-1。 Polyaniline was electrodeposited on Nation membrane by electrolysis with a constant current. Methanol penetrability and proton conductivity of the modified membranes were studied by CV and FRA. Results show that the methanol penetrability and the proton exchange conductivity of Nation membranes are reduced by the deposited polyaniline. But there is more significant decrease in methanol penetrability than in proton conductivity.When the amount of the deposited polyaniline is 0.48 C·cm^-2,the methanol penetrability is reduced from ( 3.952×10^-7)cm^2·s^-1 to ( 2.832 ×10^-8)cm^2·s^-1,but the proton conductivity reduced from (3.771×10^-2 )S·cm^-1 to( 2.681×10^-2)S·cm^-1.
