摘 要: 美国高等教育发达,教师聘用制度建设系统完善。公开招聘与内部晋升相结合的选拔方式,合同聘任制与终身教授制并行的聘用形式以及兼职教师雇佣制构成了美国教师聘用的主要特征;终身职后评审是终身教授制对社会批评和市场经济的回应。美国高校教师聘用制度及其成熟合理的运作,对如何在市场经济务件下尽快建立适应我国特色的高校教师聘用制度具有重要的参考价值。 U. S. has its advanced higher education system, and its teacher's employment system is mature. The public employ combines with its inner promotion. Contracted system prevails with the system of life - time . Parttime teacher system is also carried out. These mainly characterized the employment system in American universities and colleges. The system of life - time professor is the echo to the social criticism and market economy. American teacher's epmployment system and its good implement provide important reference for us.
