摘 要: 在外电场作用下,电容器介质的吸收电流和漏电电流混杂而难以分开,但外电场除去后吸收电流对电容器放电总电荷所贡献的百分比具有确定值.吸收电流的释放遵从自由弛豫规律,可用响应时间r’表征.实验给出了一些常见介质的吸收电流表征参数.吸收电流的存在可以改变电容器起始放电偏离RC电路指数衰减规律.吸收电流的吸收和释放规律类似于电池的充电和放电;其起源和介质中出现的固态电化学反应有关. The absorbing current of dielectrics in a capacitor is the contribution of slow polarization. It may be measured using time domain parameter method of dielectric spectroscopy. The contribution of every slow polarization mechanism in absorbing current is characterized by a couple of parameters: the component Ca/Cs of which in total polarization and its response time T'. The decay function of absorbing current is exp(t/r') in absence of applied field, but is exp(-t/T) in the presence of field. The results of several typical solid dielectrics are given. Since the decay functions are the same as in discharge and charge of a storage battery, it predicts that the slow polarization is related to particular sort of solid electrochemical reaction.
