摘 要: 采用2套基于F-P窄带滤光片的鉴频光路对F-P半导体激光器波长漂移进行检测,并基于ADN 8830实现激光器动态温度闭环控制,可以达到锁定半导体激光器波长的目的.实现了该光电控制系统硬件平台,并完成了一系列的比较实验,最后对波长锁定的实验结果进行了理论分析. Using two sets of optical paths of filter frequency discrimination based on F-P thin film filter to detect semiconductor laser wavelength excursion and temperature controlled circuit based on ADN8830, semiconductor laser wavelength can be locked. The hardware flat roof of the optoelectronic system was realized and a series of experiments were carried out. Finally, the experimental results of wavelength locked were analyzed theoretically.
