摘　　要： 本文评述了企业创新采纳的概念、方式与影响因素,构建了关于企业创新采纳决策的理论框架,并运用实证研究方法具体分析了企业在采纳大学工业配套性科技创新成果过程中的影响因素与采纳方式选择之间的关系。研究结果表明市场环境特性、创新技术本身特性和创新采纳企业自身特点对企业创新采纳决策会产生重要影响。 The concept and mode of innovation adoption as well as factors influencing it are reviewed. A theoretical framework about enterprises′ innovation adoption decisions is formularized, and then empirical research methods are used to analyze how factors influence enterprises′ adoption decisions of the industry matching and complementary innovation technology of universities. The research results indicate that the characteristics of external environment and the innovation properties as well as the characteristics of organizations have great impact on enterprises′ innovation adoption decisions.
