摘　　要： 金融生态是对金融的一种拟生化概括,是运用生态学的方法和成果来分析考察金融体系。这一概括充分体现了金融的生命性、竞争性和自调性的特征。金融生态总是在一定的环境作用和影响下形成的,把握金融生态特征,改善金融生态状况都必须高度重视金融生态环境问题。金融生态环境可分为硬环境和软环境,从根本来说,软环境取决于硬环境,其中法律制度是硬环境的核心。因此,改善金融生态环境说到底是改善法治和法制环境。 Financial ecology, a sort of ecology - imitated generalization of finance, is to investigate the financial system with the approaches and contributions in ecology. It embodies sufficiently finance＇ s characteristics of vitality, competitiveness and self- adjustment. Financial ecology is always shaped under the impact and influence of given environment, and the issue of financial ecologic environment should be highly regarded in order to understand the features of financial ecology and to improve the financial ecologic status. Financial ecological environment can be classified into hard environment and soft environment. Bnsically, soft environment depends on hard environment, at the core of which lies the legal system. Therefore, in the financial analysis, to improve financial ecological environment is virtually to improve the environment for the rule of law and the legal system.
