摘 要: 本文将微电解法应用于处理制浆中段废水,根据正交试验设计及结果分析得出最佳的试验条件,即反应时间为30m in、pH值为3、曝气量为0.8L/m in、铁炭体积比为3:1。通过微电解法和FeSO4混凝法对废水脱色率的比较,说明铁/炭微电解法优于FeSO4混凝的处理效果,并通过废水处理前后的紫外和红外光谱,分析其作用机理。 The micro-electrolysis method was applied in treating pulping middle-stage effluent. The results of orthogonal experiment show the optimum conditions: reaction time is 30 minutes,pH value is 3,adding air quantity is 0.8L/rain and the weight ratio of iron to carbon is 3: 1. Comparing the removal rate of effluent color before and after treatment by Fe/C micro-electrolysis process or FeSO4 coagulation, the treating result of micro-electrolysis method is superior to that of FeSO4 coagulation. The reactive mechanism of micro-electrolysis is analysed by UV and FTIR.
