摘 要: 经济服务活动中的伦理原则包括人本服务原则、服务效益原则、服务创新原则、服务竞争原则和服务公平原则。其中,人本服务是核心,服务效益是基本要求,服务创新是源泉,服务竞争是动力,服务公平是保障。它们共同构成经济服务的伦理价值规范体系,贯穿于经济服务活动的始终,从深层次的精神层面推动着经济服务走向卓越的境界。 The ethical principles in activities of economic service include the principles of human-centered service, service efficiency, service innovation, service competition and service equity. Among them, the human-centered service is the core; the service efficiency is the basic requirement; the service innovation is the headspring; the service competition is the power; and the service equity is the guarantee. They jointly make up the system of ethical value and rttles of economic service, run through the process of economic activities, pushing forward the economic service as a kind of spiritual power.
