摘 要: 用光学显微镜和扫描电镜研究了12种市售钢中马氏体的表观形貌。结果发现,因惯习面不同,束状薄片马氏体应分成两类,即{111}型和{225}型。前者形成的碳含量范围约0.4%~0.9%,后者约1.0%~1.4%。分析了两者的显微组织特征和区别以及形成的原因。提出了采用显微组织鉴别马氏体惯习面的金相法,可以对X射线和电子衍射的测量结果作出准确标定。 The apparent morphology of fine plate martensite in twelve commercial steels was investigated using optical and scanning electron microscope. It is found that since habit planes are various, packet plate martensite should be divided into two categories: {111} type and {225} type. The former occurs in the steel with carbon content from about 0\^4 to 0\^9 wt%, while the latter forms in the steel with carbon content of approximately 1\^0wt%~1\^4 wt%. The forming mechanism of the both packet martensite, the feature of their microstructures and discrimination were discussed. Moreover, it is proposed that martensitic habit plane determined by other procedures (X-ray and electron diffraction) may be confirmed further by using optical metallographic method.
