摘　　要： 较详细阐述了衡管90t电弧炉的主要设计特点:即变压器容量70000kVA;电极直径560mm;采用静态无功补偿供电系统(SVC)、高阻抗操作以及碳氧喷枪和无渣出钢;冶炼周期58min;节能水冷板,设计达到国际最先进水平。 Hengyang Steel Tube＇s 90 tons super - high power AC electrical arc furnace has the following main design character： i. e. capability of transformer is 70 000 kVA and diameter of electrode is 560 mm： adopting SVC and high anti - resistance operation; along with adopting carbon - oxygen lance and non - slag tapping; smelts cycle is 58 minutes; energy - saving water cooling panel. The design attains the most well - developed level of internationality.
