摘　　要： 介绍了一种采用SAMSUNG公司的32位ARM微控制器S3C44BOX的新型测温系统，利用单总线数字温度传感器DS18820作为分布式测温元件，实现多路温度采集。系统外围电路简单，精度好，可靠性高。主要介绍DS18820测温原理及系统的软硬件设计。 The paper introduces a new system of temperature testing. It uses ARM S3C44BOX made by 5AMSUNG as its microcontroller, with the single-bus-digital sensor DS18B20 as a temperature measurement component. The strongpoint of this system is described as： circuit -simplified, high dependability, easy-installing, and easy- maintenance. The contents of this paper include the introduction of DS18B20, the principle of the testing system, and the design of hardware and software.
