摘　　要： America always refers energy security as an important part of America’s economic security,Bush government lays attachment to America’s energy security and works out America’s energy security strategy in the new century,thanks of Bush’s background of petroleum family enterprise.America’s energy security strategy would certainly make influence on China’s condition of energy security,according to the scarcity and non-regeneration of energy,as well as the imbalance of energy conˉsumption and distribution.
